Why Counseling? To Refresh

To be refreshed Refreshment is one of my favorite parts of counseling because all of us get drained, lost, hopeless, and fatigued.

Refreshment in counseling focuses on what was lost, how things change, and what your hopes, dreams, and calling are.

To be refreshed through the process of counseling means to revive your mind, body, and spirit.

Refreshment can look like clarity instead of mental/emotional fog.

Refreshment can look like a focus instead of ambiguity.

Refreshment can look like renewed passion instead of discouragement.

Refreshment can look like revived purpose instead of hopelessness.

Refreshment can look like new changes instead of being stuck.

Refreshment can look like excitement instead of boring routines.

Refreshment can look like a vibrant life instead of life feeling black and white.

Too Long/Didn’t Read: Refreshment in counseling is powerful and a good marker that counseling is working. Are you ready for it?
