Relationship Assessment

Relationship Assessment is $1,000. This includes: 3 sessions of couples and individual talking time, the administration of the Advanced Relationship Check Up and Love Lab Assessments and the results used to create a plan to help your relationship today.

The Relationship Assessment is not a relationship appraisal. The Assessment results will tell you the areas you need to work on and give you tangible tools to improve these areas. I cannot predict the future of your relationship and seek to help you feel secure in its future. You can expect to walk away with tools that the assessment suggest you need to use to make your relationship meaningful.

Why assess your relationship?

Relationship Assessment (for all couples). This includes: 270 minutes of couples and individual talking time, a comprehensive Relationship Assessment and the results used to create a plan to help your relationship today. After the assessment, the rate for counseling is $190/45 minutes*. In short, we need to know what we need to do first before we can help your relationship in the ways it needs help.

Relationship Treatment will start after the Relationship Assessment, and will focus on the areas of your relationship that need support based on the Assessment findings. We will focus largely on your friendship within your relationship, managing and debriefing conflict and creating a sense of purpose for your relationship using The Gottman Method for Couple’s Therapy.
