Setting attainable goals comes from how you see yourself and avoiding the fear of failure. When you make goals, take them on with the mentality to measure your process as opposed to accomplishing something.
Without limits on screen time, there are mental and physical health concerns that develop and are self-reinforcing… a dangerous combination for adults, let alone kids.
Engaging with or talking with The Self is learning about the drives and meanings of your behaviors, your thoughts, and your needs and then mindfully acting in light of them.
You are likely doing these things, but affirmation in the right direction and help you prioritize the right tasks to make your Shelter-In-Place less like a lockdown and more like an adjustment.
