Halftime: How's 2019 Going So Far?
We are currently halfway through 2019- your New Year’s Resolutions can be revisited either dreadfully or with excitement. In other words, 6 months ago we all believed that change was possible and we would be 5- or 10-pounds lighter by now. So, with that being said, are you on track to meeting your New Year’s Resolutions? Or did you lose them sometime in February and were repressing that you had actually set out to make a change by this time?
Now is the time to be asking yourself hard questions, but hard questions require honesty with yourself and others. Can you look back on the first half of 2019 and say that you are living how you wished you could? If yes, that is amazing, my next question is what’s next? If no, my question is what needs to change in your life to meet your goals?
